What will customs actually charge?
Estimate duty and import VAT — and see where the de-minimis cliff falls — for your corridor, before you order or ship.
What it will do
The final landed cost of a cross-border purchase is rarely the price you clicked. It is duty, import VAT, the carrier's handling fee, and the exchange-rate spread — layered on top of each other.
- Estimate duty and import VAT for your specific product category and corridor.
- See where the low-value consignment exemption (de minimis) stops applying.
- Compare the total landed cost across a few corridors so you can choose before you buy.
- Keep a running list of the lines you import most, with the rules that currently apply.
Who it is for
Small importers, Etsy and Shopify sellers, cross-border shoppers, and anyone who has been surprised by a carrier's customs invoice after the fact.
If you ship a few parcels a month and the rules keep moving, this is built for you — not for enterprise logistics teams.
Why now
Low-value consignment exemptions are being tightened across major markets, and duty treatment for small parcels is changing at the same time. Every time a rule shifts, the search demand for "what will this actually cost me" spikes — and the available answers go stale.
The rules we are tracking are public and sourced; we will show the source and the date behind every figure rather than a bare number.
How it stays current
Rates and thresholds are stored with the regulation they come from, so when a rule changes the tool changes with it. If you want to be told when your corridors change, the waitlist is how you will hear first.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a customs broker or a substitute for official advice?
No. It is an estimator to help you see the shape of the cost before you commit. Official determinations come from the customs authority and your carrier.
Which countries will it cover?
We are starting with the highest-volume consumer corridors and expanding by demand. Join the waitlist and tell us your route — that is how we prioritise.
Will it show exact duty rates?
It will show sourced rates with the regulation and effective date attached, and flag anything we cannot verify rather than guess.
When does it launch?
It is in development. Waitlist members get access first, at no cost during the early period.
Do you sell my email?
No. We use your address only to tell you when the tool is ready and, if you opt in, when the rules for your corridors change.
